It won't be based on who does it the fastest will it, in the rare event that both tribes individual totals amount to being the exact same?

Probably a dumb question... but is this live? No. By nature this is not live. Points are what count here, not when you submit. However - it may benefit you to do it tonight - rather than 20 minutes before the deadline as if by some crazy coincidence, there is a tie, THEN, and only then, will time matter.
